* be eligable to work in Canada

* English/French bilingualism is an asset

* have an arts background (ie specific training, volunteering/working in one or more areas etc.)

* have some previous experience

* have a dream

* three letters of reference. One from a friend, one from acurrent/former employer and one from someone in the arts field.

Do you want us to hire your company? Same rules apply asabove plus:

* You must submit a portfolio of your current/previous clients

* in lieu of the above reference letters, you must provide the email address, web site URL, phone number, name and title of three clients that we can contact to ask about your work, and itMUST be in the field you are applying for. (i.e. Don't send us a reference for Joe Schmo at www.internet.com/~joeschmo if youwant us to hire you for web hositing. Send us to someone whohired you for web hosting/virtual domain.)
